Sunset Yoga in SE DC

Every summer I love to hold an outdoor yoga class to soak up all of DC’s beauty! This Sunday, August 18 at 6:00pm, the Soulful Flow Yoga community will come back to practice yoga overlooking the DC skyline!

My inspiration for the first Sunset Yoga class came after hosting a yoga bridal shower for my loyal and beautiful yoga homie, Tiffany!

We celebrated Tiffany’s union with good food, good music and a great yoga class overlooking the clouds, breezy trees and slate blue sky. But after awakening from Savasana, we all felt a peace and relaxation wash over our bodies.

We focus on letting go with a meditation at sunset. The last Sunset Yoga experience was a beautiful way for us to reconnect, release and re-calibrate!
