5 Powerful Yoga Outreach Programs

August 19, 2013

It is time to take yoga outside of the box! Did you know that yoga can help your sons stay focused during football season? Yoga can help your girls with creative writing. Yoga can even help heal a nation after tragedy.  I have found 5 amazing projects that prove yoga can be both progressive and powerful.

1. Africa Yoga Project

The Ohio yoga teacher Janaki Smith ventured to Kenya as an Ambassador for the Africa Yoga Project teaching in detention centers.
